I whole heartedly recommend this business. Lupita and her team are all the things you are looking for in a professional cleaning service : Reliable , Trustworthy , careful and with a fine eye for details !
I move to Seattle almost 8 years ago went through a variety of services looking for that a high quality job and good value. I found Lupita and the One More Step team and have not looked back !
I’ve been a client of her’s for over seven years now and highly recommend her for your next job. They don’t just skim over things - they really clean ! And they’re able to manage the complex rules that condominium impose on how to handle recycling and access to the building, etc. I fully support this woman owned business ! Great people and careful cleaning !
Lupita and her team have been wonderful! After having my knees replaced I cannot get down to clean the tub or the hard to reach low corners. She and her team are great at doing all the things and putting up with my nosy pets while they are doing it!
We have used Lupita and her team’s cleaning services for over two years now and couldn’t be happier!
Unlike most cleaning services, they never rush and take as much time as needed to properly clean the home. They are very careful and respectful of our home and very easy to work with.
Highly recommend!
Lupita is terrific. A great cleaner and a lovely person. She is reliable, friendly and professional with reasonable prices. She was recommended by someone in my condo building and has been cleaning my unit for about three years now. Highly recommend.
I met Lupita while walking my dog… she was getting ready to do a house around the corner from my place. My space had been in chaos for a while and her skills were desperately needed! So happy to have found her and the team! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
One More Step is amazing! Lupita is thorough, reliable, and very kind. 10/10!
Lupita and her team have been providing house cleaning services for us for over 5 years and we couldn’t be happier. Her and her team are professional and very personable. They are reliable, flexible, and very communicative. Their attention to even the littlest details are so appreciated and allows us to relax and enjoy our space so much more. Choosing to allow someone into your home requires trust, and Lupita and her team have earned and deserve that trust, and we could not recommend them more highly.
Lupita has been cleaning my house once a month for the last 7 years. She and her helper are efficient and do a wonderful job. They are dedicated, dependable, and affordable. I highly recommend them. It is very relaxing to know the house is being cleaned so well.

Lupita has been cleaning our home every two weeks for over five years, and she does an amazing job! We have two dogs that shed A LOT, and I’m always impressed by how well she gets the dog hair off our floors and furniture. She is thorough, dependable, and communicates very well.
It’s such a great feeling coming home after Lupita has been here, the house looks and feels so clean. We’ve trusted her with our home for years and would absolutely recommend her. My only complaint is that I wish I could afford to have her come every week! 😊
I’ve been using this cleaning service about once a month, and I’m always very happy with their work.
The team is punctual, professional, and does an excellent job every time.
They are thorough, efficient, and respectful of our space while keeping to themselves.
I really appreciate the consistency and care they put into their work and would highly recommend them!
